The Orange Tree Community is located on Highway 27, 2.5 miles north of US192. It is a quiet and well maintained community and offers a number of integral facilities.
The villa is within a five minute walk of an all weather tennis court and 3 adjacent pickleball courts. Close to these is an open area with football (soccer) goals.
A short walk further on is the kiddies playground with play equipment for the younger visitor.
In season, visitors to the villa are able to pick oranges from the orange trees located on the estate.
