Osprey House Orlando

The pool area comprises a lanai, pool and deck. The undercover lanai contains a dining table with seating for 6, overhead lighting and a fan, and is accessible through both master bedrooms and the family room. Adjacent to the lanai is the pool and deck. The pool is an oversized, spacious pool at 40' x 15'  (12m x 4.5m); heating for the pool can be arranged for an additional charge. The large deck backs on to a conservation area and provides an ideal place to sunbathe or just relax, and on a clear night you can catch some of the fireworks from the Magic Kingdom Theme Park at Disneyworld. On the deck is a second dining table with seating for 6 and 4 sun loungers. Access to the pool area is through the doors in the Great Room and through the two Master Bedrooms: a securiity alert system sounds when these doors are opened. There is also a safety fence between the Lanai dining area and the Pool. There is also a charcoal barbeque available for use at the side of the house.
